I'm Olga, a professional skydiver, certified strength coach, and someone who genuinely believes that what you do outside the gym shapes who you are inside it. I've competed at the highest level of my sport, coached women across three continents, and learned that real transformation starts with knowing exactly who you're working with.
The Athlete
Before I was a coach, I was a competitor. I've spent years as a professional skydiver, training daily, pushing physical limits, learning what the body is truly capable of under pressure. That background shapes everything about how I coach. I don't guess. I build programmes the way athletes build seasons: with intention, structure, and a clear objective.
The Coach
I specialise in body recomposition: building muscle and burning fat simultaneously, for women who are done with random workouts and fad diets. My approach is science-backed, individually designed, and brutally honest. No fluff. No generic plans. Just a programme built around your body, your schedule, and your goals.
The Person
I know what it feels like to work hard and not see results. To follow advice that doesn't fit your life. To wonder if your goals are even realistic. They are. The difference is having someone in your corner who actually knows what they're doing, and who cares enough to stay in it with you until you get there.
The Philosophy
I don't coach for a particular aesthetic. I coach for capability, confidence, and the feeling of knowing your body is working for you. Some clients want to lose 20kg. Some want to run their first marathon. Some just want to feel strong. All of them get my full attention, every week, until they do.
